Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date for store credit only.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the exact same condition as received. Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

Return Shipping: To simplify your return, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email upon request. Please note that the total cost of shipping and insurance will be deducted from your final store credit. By using our provided label, your return is automatically insured for its full value; the client remains responsible for these associated costs.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@prcnyc.jewelry with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit.

Exclusions: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "As Is" are not eligible for return.
